Ensure timely changeouts with the programmable countdown timer, LED display and adjustable alarm volume. Includes a stainless steel inset ideal for holding knives, scoops, spoons, tongs and other short-handled serving utensils including ice cream dishers (non-gel-filled) for blended treats. Note: because warmed dishers create a thin layer of ice upon contact, operators should determine if suitable for a hand-scooped presentation.
