The True STA2H-4HS heated holding cabinet is designed to safely hold baked and cooked foods at serving temperatures in demanding commercial foodservice environments. The cabinet maintains holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F and is not intended to heat ambient or cold product. Its solid half swing door configuration helps reduce heat loss during frequent access while improving workflow efficiency. Built with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior side walls and back with stainless steel floor and ceiling, this unit provides durability, sanitation, and consistent heat distribution for reliable hot food holding.
