This 48 inch S-Series Restaurant Range is gas powered and features four 28,000 BTU open burners and a 24 inch manual griddle on the right-hand side. Below this range has dual 35,000 BTU space saver standard ovens with snap action thermostat. The eight one piece cast iron grate tops that sit on top of this unit are easily removed for cleaning.
Made of stainless steel, this range is corrosion resistant, dent resistant, and simple to wipe down. Up top, this range has a removable shelf and in fron it has a 4 inch stainless steel rail. Additional features include its removable one piece crumb drawer and its removable grease drawer.
