Miramar® One Oval and Two Half Ovals template fits in all standard 12″Wx20″D hot or cold wells, warmers or chafers. Thermoset resin construction is durable, FDA approved and ideal for hot or cold applications. Heat resistant to +300°F. Underside has integral rib design for increased strength and to help secure template in place. Will not warp or fade and minimizes appearance of wear. Provides great contrast to the mirror-finished pans or to match decor. Dishwasher safe. 21-1/8″Wx12-3/4″D. 4 lbs.
