Locks in slight forward position to drain fat or liquid during cooking
Tilt interlock prevents inadvertent tilting of the pan
Heated electric elements embedded in a full 1-1/2 thick aluminum casting clamped to the underside of the pan for even heat distribution
Skillet pan is mounted on side pivots to allow tilting for complete removal of contents by means of a tilting handle with heat-proof knob
Controls are integrally mounted to the stainless steel housing and include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, and high temp cutoff
Mounting base includes mounting lugs for bolting to countertops
