The Hatco CSSBR Series Remote Cold Built-In Simulated Stone Shelves are designed to provide reliable chilled food presentation for buffet lines, cafeterias, restaurants, and other commercial foodservice environments. Featuring a flush countertop installation design, these built-in refrigerated shelves deliver a clean, integrated appearance while maintaining consistent cold holding performance.
Constructed with foodsafe simulated stone surfaces available in multiple Swanstone® finishes, the CSSBR series combines durability with flexible fabrication and installation capabilities. The units utilize R-513A refrigerant and include an unattached condensing unit and electronic temperature control box, allowing greater flexibility for countertop layouts and service access.
Designed for commercial operators requiring dependable refrigerated serving solutions, the CSSBR series incorporates a patented thermal break system that helps reduce condensation and temperature transfer to adjacent surfaces. Additional service-friendly components including a sight glass, service valves, dryer/filter, and receiver support easier maintenance and long-term operation. The CSSBR models are also designed to visually match Hatco GRSSB Glo-Ray® Built-In Heated Simulated Stone Shelves for coordinated serving line installations.
