Description
The Lincoln V2500/1346/QS Dual Voltage Digital Countertop Impinger Conveyor Oven is built to fulfil the demands of a busy commercial kitchen. Its compact design helps save counter space, and it comes with a 16″W conveyor belt for baking large-sized pizzas easily. This conveyor belt has a reversible design for user-friendly operations, and its patented air impingement cooking technology of this oven assures high heat transfer as compared to a conventional oven. The conveyor oven recycles its own heat and operates at low temperature for saving energy. The temperature of the oven ranges between 200°F to 600°F, and conveyor speeds adjust from 30 seconds to 10 minutes of cooking time.
This Lincoln conveyor oven has a new dual voltage design that automatically converts 208V or 240V to the correct voltage. There is a factory installed cord and NEMA 6-50 plug for easy installation. It stands on 4″ legs for proper ventilation and effective cleaning.
