The Traulsen G-Series G10010 Reach-In Refrigerator is a highly reliable commercial kitchen unit that features precise plug-and-play control with an LED display. The cabinet front, louver assembly, and door are made of 20-gauge stainless steel, while the cabinet sides, interiors, and door liners are made of anodized aluminum. Moreover, the exterior cabinet top, back, and bottom are constructed of heavy-gauge galvanized steel that protects the structure from corrosion. The Load-Sure Guard function is there to protect the unit from improper loading or overloading. Because it’s equipped with a gasket protecting, raised metal door pan, and cylinder locks, the door is guaranteed for life. Its self-closing cam-lift hinges have a stay-open feature that allows the door to be opened at a 120° angle that allows easy loading and unloading of pans.
A concealed switch on the hinges automatically activates the interior LED lighting for a better view of the items kept inside. Using the R-134a refrigerant, the Traulsen G-Series G10010 Reach-In Refrigerator can easily maintain temperatures 34°F to 38°F. Conveniently located behind the one-piece louver assembly, the refrigeration system is self-contained. It features a front-facing condenser, thermostatic expansion valve metering device, air-cooled hermetic compressor, and a top-mounted condensate evaporator. Reliable microprocessor control with LED temperature display is provided for users to monitor temperature readings easily.
A metal handle is horizontally mounted over the recess in the door to help limit the protrusion into the aisleways. The door also has an anti-condensate heater located behind it and comes insulated with 2″ of high-density, non-CFC, 100% foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Offering a storage capacity of 24.2 cu. ft., the refrigerator has three (3) epoxy-coated shelves per section.
