Cold Embossed Gloves are made of Low Density Polyethylene with an embossed design (pattern) on the surface of the cold plastic film as the extruded tube is collapsed at the top of the collapsing frame. After the film has been extruded, it gradually cools off and the outside layers are embossed or engraved with a fabric-like-texture. It is not as deep as it is on hot cast embossing. It gives the outside of the glove a textured appearance.
