The Hobart FP100-1A is a compact, continuous-feed food processor with an angled front. Ideal for dicing, slicing or shredding fresh vegetables, fruits, and even cheese, this commercial food processor cuts down prep time and increase production of any foodservice operation. It delivers consistent quality results and helps prepare ingredients quickly and efficiently, so that all other kitchen tasks can be done in minimal time. The food processor features an angled, continuous feed design that allows for easy access to the large, half-size hopper. The hopper has a 50-degree angled design that offers easy product loading and reduce operator fatigue. The unit comes with a 3-plate pack: (1) 5/32″ slicer plate, (1) 1/16″ slicer plate, and (1) 3/16″ shredder plate. The convenient, large, half-size hopper maintains processing capabilities for a variety of items and permits continuous cutting of long products, thus eliminating the need to pre-cut items. The triple safety interlocks ensure operator safety by preventing the unit from running when the pusher plate swings away. Designed for performance and reliability, the planetary gear transmission helps to prevent stalling under heavy loads and ensure no rest times are required between loads.
In addition to the powerful performance, this commercial food processor occupies minimal counter space but still manages to process up to 600 lbs per hour. It is equipped with powerful, high-torque 1/3 HP motor that spins heavy-duty plates at 420 rpm for precise cutting, chopping, slicing, and dicing to reach optimum productivity. It features easy-to-operate ON/OFF switches.
The unit boasts anodized aluminum hopper and housing for durability and offers easy cleaning after the food preparation. The unit stands stable on rubber feet while in use.
