Here’s a stainless steel model with 2.5 inch of polyurethane insulation that’s tough, cold and simple to clean. Its refrigeration is top-mounted and makes use of R-404A refrigerant to sustain its frosty temperatures. A timed defrost function can be set to run every 3 to 12 hours, based on what’s more convenient with your schedule, and what makes your equipment run more efficiently. Both time and temperature terminated, the defrost will shut off and allow freezing to restart at the appropriate time. The doors are lockable and field reversible.
