Equipped with a heavy duty stainless steel door, it has a full perimeter gasket and positive lock and seal mechanism. It features a sleek stainless steel construction of the exterior and cooking chamber. The commercial steamer is a countertop model, which is ideal for smaller operations. Operation is user friendly with an illuminated three way power switch and 60 minute timer that sounds when cooking is complete. The five pan capacity is supported by a removable stainless steel pan and drip trough. Cooking indiciator lights included are a pilot ready light and pilot cook light.
