This Powermite® Gas Booster Heater has aa 4.75 gallon capacity to ensure that you have 180F water on hand at all times for properly sanitizing dishes in your commercial venue. Additionally, there’s a blended phosphate water treatment system as well as a low water cut-off, and a temperature / pressure relief valve. It’s constructed of entirely of stainless steel.
