EcoQuality adaptor plate is a 8-3/8″ stainless steel adaptor plate with two holes. This adaptor allows you to insert two round pans. The diameter of the holes are 8-3/8 to accommodate standard 7 quart inset pans. The exterior of this plate has a mirror finish with a satin finish for the interior.
