Stylish and practical, this counter-top full service Halo Heat Display Case is 6 feet long and offers ample space for 5 full size pans with a variety of combinations of other pan and sheet pan sizes. Its interior is stainless steel, and provides enough space for 5 full-size pans or several combinations of other pan and sheet pan sizes. A pan insert with grids is supplied with the case. The exterior is painted black, so it will compliment any dining venues. A curved glass front raises to a right angle to expedite cleaning. Its rim is edged by a rubber gasket to avoid cracking. A front-mounted heat guard shields customers from the temperature of the case. Ten coated shatter proof bulbs in two overhead lighting zones brighten the case. Each lighting zone has its own power switch. Condensation isn’t encouraged because no water is added to the case. Arising carefully from the bottom of the case in two heating zones, Halo Heat surrounds your foods with stationary warmth which protects their ideal taste and texture.
