The factory-balanced refrigeration system utilizes guided airflow to ensure uniform temperatures throughout the cabinet and food pans. A low-velocity, high-volume airflow is achieved through large fan blades and a sealed evaporator fan motor, maintaining temperatures consistently between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
Upon compressor activation, the fan motor undergoes a 20-second reversal to effectively clean the condensing coil.
