The True GDM-43F-HC~TSL01 is a two-section display freezer designed to maintain frozen food products at an ideal temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring product quality. It utilizes eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in a self-contained capillary tube system for cooling. The unit features an efficient evaporator fan motor and large fan blades for high-volume airflow, resulting in consistently cold temperatures and rapid temperature recovery.
The condensing fan motor of this freezer operates in a reverse mode for the first 20 seconds upon startup, blowing away debris from the condenser coil. This not only promotes efficient system operation but also maintains consistent temperatures and prolongs the unit’s lifespan. However, it’s important to note that regular preventative maintenance is still required.
The freezer’s black powder-coated exterior is durable, making it suitable for high-traffic areas. Inside, a white aluminum cabinet liner adds durability, while foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation keeps cold air inside. The double glass doors have thermal insulation, and the magnetic gasket ensures a tight seal. The interior is equipped with eight adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves, allowing for versatile product display.
