Description
ServeWell® hot food station is constructed of stainless steel and features one undershelf a 7-1/2 wide plate shelf and 3/8 thick cutting board. All wells are equipped with brass drain valves and wide no-drip lips. Rust-resistant thermoset wells insulate and concentrate heat into water bath while dome elements transfer heat directly into water bath. Accommodates full and fractional-size pans up to 4 deep and can be used with standard adapter plates an insets for serving flexibility.
