Description
The Cambro 1826MTC157 is a sheet pan carrier from Camcarrier® specially designed for catering companies, cafeterias, and banquet halls to serve the customers their meals at places that are far from the kitchen. This pan carrier has a dependable and rugged construction so that the chefs do not have to worry about their food getting cold during transportation. Users can chill this unit for 20 minutes to store cold food items easily and keep them fresh until service.
The carrier with front-loading design has a capacity to hold up to (6) 18″Wx26″D sheet/bun pans or trays. The single side door includes stainless steel latches and gaskets to assure a positive seal during transportation. The vent cap outside this compartment door helps in releasing steam and equalizes the pressure. This sheet pan carrier has molded-in handles on either side for easy and comfortable handling. The top and bottom corners have an interlock design for safety during storage and transportation. This unit also includes a cutting board at the top for quick food preparation.
The Cambro non-electric carrier is made of seamless, one-piece, dual-wall polyethylene for durability and easy cleaning. The exterior of this carrier is textured and scratch-resistant. This unit is insulated with foamed-in-place polyethylene for temperature retention during transportation.
The sheet pan carrier is lightweight and has a stackable design for easy handling and storage. This unit is easy to use and does not require any assembly for operation. This carrier is available in (3) colors – slate blue, coffee beige, and dark brown.
