The Hobart HL300-1STD Legacy Planetary Mixer is a heavy-duty floor mixer made for high volume operations. The commercial mixer features a gear transmission to ensure consistent performance and minimum downtime under heavy loads. Shift-on-the-Fly™ controls allow the operator to change speeds while the mixer is running. The patented soft start Agitation technology allows a soft transition between speeds to reduce the chances of product splash-out. An ergonomic swing-out bowl offers easy loading and unloading of products. A bowl interlock ensures that the mixer bowl is properly in place for operation.
