This lightweight Halo Heat Low Temp Holding Cabinet & Catering Warmer is ideally suited to catering services, church or school field trips, or even church picnics! It allows you to pack your foods, set your temperature, pick up the warmer by its four handles, two on either side, and take it wherever you want your food to go. It’s capacity is thirty-six pounds, or three full size pans. It’s made of 20 gauge stainless steel, so it doesn’t rust. The door, which has a magnetic latch to prevent popping open during transport, is also vented so that foods retain their crispness. Up-and-down arrow keys enable you set your temperature in a range of 60 to 200F. A heat indicator light informs you that the warmer is in operation and a digital temperature display lets you know exactly how hot it is. Specifications
