The Bakers Pride® ER-1-12-5736 is a single-deck oven in the ER Superdeck Series, engineered for pizzerias, bakeries, and foodservice kitchens that need a wider deck surface and the convenience of electric heating.

This model features a 12″ (305 mm) deck height and a 57″ × 36″ steel deck, offering ample baking space for large pizzas, breads, and baked dishes. Independent U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom of the chamber ensure precise temperature control and consistent baking results. With 12,000 watts of power, available in multiple voltages and phases, the ER-1-12-5736 provides flexibility for different kitchen electrical configurations.

Built with a .25″ fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation, this oven ensures durability, energy efficiency, and long-term performance. Its stackable design allows up to three ovens high, helping maximize production in limited space.
