The Skyfood FWD2-33-6P is a food warmer designed to showcase pre-cooked and baked food for instant service. This heated display case holds food at optimum temperature and allows operators to check what is available. The 33″ wide countertop unit can be installed anywhere in the service area to increase visibility and boost sales. It is used in commercial settings like bakeries, dessert parlors, cafes, and small diners. The model has (2) shelves with (3) stainless steel pans each to display hot food items according to the changing menu. The food warmer includes a thermostat control system to retain temperature and keep food fresh for long hours. The maximum temperature of this food warmer is 248°F. The maximum inner temperature is 180°F and dependent on room temperature and food quantity. The interior LED light on top of the cabinet increases brightness and product appeal.

The tubular heating element of this hot display cabinet has a 304 series stainless steel construction for durability. The electric wiring has a silicone coating for temperature resistance of up to 572°F. This display case features a tempered curved glass at front to prevent heat escape and corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum front base. The sliding doors at back allow the operators to load and unload pans and trays easily. The silkscreened side glasses of this unit are thermally treated to make products look more appealing.
