The Cres Cor H-135-WUA-11-R Insulated Holding Cabinet is fitted with a 1500-watt heating system. The insulated holding cabinet holds foods at up to 200°F until they are ready to be served. The unit is designed to be used at a banquet facility, restaurant, or bakery. It has self-closing solid half doors that prevent temperature loss by allowing users to open one section at a time. The body cavity is fully-insulated and helps in maintaining temperatures and improves efficiency. To give an appealing look to the unit, the front has been given an attractive red powder coat finish.
Cres Cor H-135-WUA-11-R Insulated Holding Cabinet features (11) sets of universal style pan slides that are designed to hold a variety of pan types like sheet pans, roast pans, and full-size steam table pans. It can even hold service trays measuring 14″x18″. The slides are spaced within intervals of 4-1/2″ and can be adjusted in 1-1/2″ increments. Lowering air temperatures on this unit allows for humidity up to 95%. It is fitted with heavy-duty 5″ swivel casters and 2 brakes to provide smooth maneuverability. The safety-conscious anti-microbial latches help reduce germs from spreading inside the compartments.
Both sides of the unit have recessed push-pull handles that prevent damage to walls and allow easy maneuvering. Door gaskets on this unit ensure proper sealing of doors. The insulated Dutch doors can be field reversed for maximum flexibility. The entire assembly can be removed for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
