This unit has a forced-air design that holds the temperature from 33°F to 41°F.
The True TPP-AT-119-HC Prep Table includes a refrigerated food rail for storage of (15) 6″H, third-size pans for easy accessibility of ingredients at the time of preparation. The pans are covered with foam-insulated lids that keep the food items cold for long hours. This table features a 19-1/2″ thick cutting board that acts as a preparation area for the chefs. The unit includes (4) doors with long recessed handles for easy access. Each door has (2) vinyl-coated shelves that can be adjusted to store 18″Wx26″D sheet pans. This unit stands on 5″ stem casters that make it easy to move the table from one place to another. Pre-wired at factory, the table includes an 11 ft cord and NEMA 5-15P plug for easy installation. It requires a 115V, 60 Hz, 7.1 amps, 1-phase electrical connection.
