The standard M3 series Turbo Air MST-36 Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is a highly effective refrigeration and food preparation unit that is 36-1/4″ wide. The unit has 2 swing doors and holds (10 Sixth Size Pans) sixth-size pans. The 9-1/2″ W deep cutting board allows for easy salad or sandwich making while the stainless steel cabinet features ergonomically designed doors. Turbo Air MST-36 has a worktop with a comfortable 36″ working height for all users. Moreover, the compartment is designed to isolate the pans from the reach-in area so that spillage doesn’t occur.
The stainless steel exterior of this Sandwich/Salad Prep Table features a galvanized back and bottom to prevent corrosion. Its interior has a stainless steel floor, and AL sides and back. The smooth finish guarantees utmost cleanliness, long product life and can add more style to any type of refined setting. The cutting board is 9-1/2″ deep and 1/2″ thick, giving ample working space. It is made of LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) that is easy to use and sanitize. The new side rail cutting board bracket on this table makes it easy to remove and secure the cutting board and is also flexible in accepting different sizes (max 1/2″ thickness).
This Turbo Air MST-36 Sandwich/Salad Prep Table features a hot gas condensate system surfaces that are specially treated to resist corrosion. The system increases efficiency and also prevents the overflow of condensate water without causing the risk of refrigerant leakage. The solid door refrigerators on this table are designed with an oversized and balanced refrigeration system that uses the eco-friendly CFC-free R-134A refrigerants. Fitted with one-piece construction magnetic door gaskets, the system allows these gaskets to be removed without using tools for cleaning purposes. The refrigerator can easily hold temperatures from 33-degree Fahrenheit to 39-degree Fahrenheit and features adjustable, heavy-duty PE coated wire shelves. This model has 4″ swivel casters installed on it for easy maneuverability. Its “Cold Air Compartment” is designed to keep the food products fresher and helps in reducing shrinkage from unusable items.
