Unlike solid pans, Carlson’s perforated Pizza Disks allow air to circulate beneath the crust, ensuring you get the perfect crisp in your crust every time. Double perforation is available for all sizes. Holes are 3/8″ diameter. 14 gauge aluminum. Sizes are based on the finished diameter of the pan.
