These Halo Heat Warming Drawers are free-standing, but can also be built into a cabinet, and trim kits are available if you should choose that option. They’re also stackable, with 4 stacking projections on top of their 20 gauge stainless steel frames. They use gentle Halo Heat to keep your foods warm, and require no adding of water to retain product moisture. The capacity of the drawer is approximately 36 lbs, with space for 50 rolls or 34 baked potatoes. There’s a power switch, and a temperature range of 60-200F, which is controlled by up-and-down arrow keys. A heat indicator light lets you know the drawer is warm, and a temperature display key allows you to access the digital temperature display. There are no exposed heating elements, so cleaning is safe and easy. The unit can be mounted on either 3 inch casters or adjustable legs. Specifications
