The compact electric oven perfectly bakes all product that can be baked directly on the hearth deck, screens, pans, or baking sheets. Two independently controlled baking chambers gives the ability to bake different food items at varying temperatures, ranging from 300°F – 650°F (149°C – 343°C). Two Cordierite hearth decks are designed for easy removal and easy cleaning to save time in a busy commercial kitchen.
This Bakers Pride P44S features a 15-minute electric timer with continuous ring alarm and manual shut-off. The exterior of the oven features top of the line stainless steel construction that goes on for ages. And the door handle is made of tubular steel for providing better grip. The interiors of the unit are constructed of high heat aluminized steel for solid temperature hold. The entire oven is insulated with thick Industrial grade insulation for preventing the heat from escaping. Also, the brick-lined option adds top heat intensity, speeds recovery and increases production.
International voltages are available in the Bakers Pride P44S. Incoloy, tubular heating elements provide top and bottom heat for even heat spread across the interiors of the oven.
