Featuring a tamper-resistant design, this food pan carrier will not only keep your food at the ideal temperature, but keep it secure as well. CFC-free polyurethane insulation and a removable airtight gasket combined with durable nylon latches ensure excellent food quality and temperature retention. The carrier is also equipped with a vent cap to maintain the right moisture balance.

Construction
This carrier is constructed with a one-piece, double-wall insulated polyethylene shell with durable nylon latches. Thick CFC-free polyurethane foam insulation throughout the cabinet walls provides exceptional heat retention. Offered in slate blue.
Dimensions
This 2-compartment model’s exterior measures 54″H x 20-1/2″W x 27-1/8″D, with interior dimensions of 19-1/8″H x 13″W x 21-1/2″D per compartment. Set on (4) 6″ casters (2 rigid, 2 swivel, 1 with brake).
Power
This is a passive unit with no power or external heat source required. If a heated model is desired, see available UPCH or UPCHT models.
