The Cambro VBR5 Versa Food Bar is designed to serve as a cold food serving solution at buffet stations, salad bars, and schools. This food bar is made of easy-to-clean, double-wall polyethylene for a lasting performance. Its foamed polyurethane insulation protects the food from heat and prevents it from entering the compartment. This non-electric Versa food bar can be filled with ice to hold food at optimum temperature and maintain their freshness. The food bar holds four (4) full-sized pans and can accommodate up to 6″ pans according to the menu. It includes a sneeze guard to prevent cross-contamination and bacteria from spoiling the food. This sneeze guard can be easily folded down at the time of storage and transportation. The molded-in ergonomic handles on both sides of this food bar makes it easy for users to lift it and move.
Cambro VBR5 Food Bar can be quickly connected and offers countless configurations for every situation. It features a threaded faucet drain and hose hook-up for quick cleaning and draining. The (4) 6″ swivel casters ensure easy maneuverability and include brakes that offer stability during service hours. This bar is available in three (3) colors – navy blue, hot red, and black.
