The Cres Cor 1000-CH-SS-2D-DE Cook-n-Hold Low Temperature Radiant Oven slowly cooks food at no more than 325°F, creating extra-tender meats and imbuing meals with a slow-cooked taste. Slow cooking also results in 15% to 20% less food shrinkage. The versatile oven can change between 208V and 240V with the flip of a switch, and two individual solid-state electronic controls with a large LED display allow you to monitor and adjust temperatures with ease. The oven’s interior holds up to 240 lbs. of meat on its 5-square-foot floor, and it also features stainless steel pan slides that hold (16) 18″x26″ pans on 3″ centers.

The Cres Cor 1000-CH-SS-2D-DE Cook-n-Hold Low Temperature Radiant Oven is incredibly durable and easy to clean and maintain, too. Its exterior and interior are forged from stainless steel, and its interior has smooth, coved corners that resist food and grease buildup. The insulated doors are field reversible and boast silicone door gaskets for a tighter seal, as well as an antimicrobial latch that prevents the spread of germs. The entire oven sits atop 5″ swivel casters that make it easy to transport.
