EcoQuality food topping warmer is a countertop warmer with two slots for pans to be warmed. The wells are 7 quarts in size and there is the ability to control the temperature with an adjustable thermostat. This unit also has a hinged inset lid, along with a stainless steel pump. This gives you the option to have the customer pump out your hot fudge or caramel. This unit also comes with one long handled ladle.
