It has a galvanized steel interior, a black textured vinyl laminate exterior and a stainless steel counter-top with 2 lids. There’s 1-3/4 inch of polyurethane insulation surrounding the entire unit and 3/4 inch of the same insulation in the lids. The condenser is side-mounted and slides out simply for maintenance and cleaning. It uses environmentally friendly R-134A refrigerant. The easy-glide sliding lids are removable for cleaning, and ratchet locks are available to secure the unit. Two epoxy coated wire floor shelves help to cool the chiller. There are also epoxy coated bin dividers for keeping stacks of plates in order, and there’s an anodized aluminum glass rack. The temperature range of -10 to 32F is controlled by an analog thermostat.
