This three-section Sandwich Prep Table offers a spacious 23 cubic feet of storage. Its exterior is made of 430 stainless steel, and the interior, as well as the work surface, lid and hood area all made of 304 stainless steel. Two and a half inches of polyurethane foam insulation help to sustain the appropriately cold temperature range. The refrigeration is located in a removable side panel. It has a slide-out condenser for simple maintenance and cleaning. R-134A refrigerant is used because it’s a better choice for the environment. An air defrost function is temperature initiated and terminated, to keep your unit in perfect working order. The stylish doors have recessed handles and rounded corners. Door frame heaters prevent the build-up of condensation. A snap-in magnetic gasket keeps the case air tight, and can use removed readily for cleaning or replacement. Two epoxy coated shelves are offered for each section, so that’s a total of six shelves for this piece. The interior lighting is safety-shielded to prevent breaking. A 12 inch x 1/4 inch sanitary cutting board which is removable and adjustable comes with the prep area, which is kept cool by 1/2 inch of insulation. Eighteen 1/6 sanitary PVC pans come standard with this table as well. The top lid can be used to cover them. An analog thermostat is used to ensure the proper temperature range of 33 to 41F. The table is placed on swivel casters, and the two in front have locking brakes.
