Description
The Frymaster FPRE417 is a quad high-efficiency electric fryer battery designed for high-volume commercial kitchens that require maximum frying capacity, precise temperature control, and efficient built-in oil management. Each open frypot provides 50 lbs. of oil capacity with 17 kW input, using Frymasters proprietary self-standing, swing-up, low-watt density heating elements to deliver efficient heat transfer, strong recovery, and simplified access for cleaning. The RTD 1° compensating temperature probe helps maintain accurate oil temperature response during changing cooking loads, reducing overshoot and supporting consistent food quality during continuous production.
The built-in filtration system is integrated into the fryer battery to support frequent oil filtering without separate filtration equipment. A large-capacity filter pan, sloped drain pan, large 3″ round drain, 4 GPM pump, 1/3 H.P. filter motor, stainless crumb catcher, deep cold zone, and rear oil flush work together to remove sediment efficiently and extend oil life. Stainless steel frypots, doors, and cabinet construction, combined with CM3.5 controls, melt cycle, boil-out mode, casters, and optional basket lifts or external oil discharge, make the FPRE417 a strong fit for QSRs, cafeterias, institutional kitchens, and large foodservice operations focused on consistent output and lower operating costs.
