The John Boos JNS01 is a 36″ wide work table designed to increase preparation area and save time at various foodservice establishments. This wood top work table provides chefs with a sturdy surface to perform tasks without interruption. This work table has an attractive, rustic look and can withstand daily rigors of a demanding commercial setting.
The John Boos work table has a corrosion-resistant galvanized base with a polished satin finish for a smooth appearance. The table has a 1-1/2″ thick hard rock maple top that makes it suitable to use as a cutting board or perform baking tasks. This hard rock top is laminated and has a penetrating oil finish that retains moisture, prevents damage, and ensures easy cleaning.
This highly functional work table includes a galvanized undershelf that offers additional storage space for small appliances, tools, baking supplies, and ingredients. This undershelf can be adjusted to accommodate equipment of different sizes. The work table includes 16-gauge galvanized steel legs with gussets for support on rough surfaces. The legs are finished with 1″ adjustable bullet feet to attain optimum working height. This maple wood work table is NSF approved for sanitary use and shipped knocked down for easy assembly and lower shipping costs.
