The Metro C537-HLFC-U-GY C5 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed to hold any type of food item between temperatures from 80F to 200F. Offering full-temperature control, users can create a specific environment to preserve any type of food. The cabinet is made of aluminum, which has a gray-tone high-density polyethylene insulation Armour that ensures maximum retention of heat and reduction in energy consumption. The insulation also helps maintain a cool-to-touch exterior temperature. The exterior is resistant to stains, impacts, and dents, and features molded-in handles that allow users to maneuver the cabinet smoothly and easily.
A digital thermometer is installed along with a master On/Off switch, recessed controls, and power indicator lights that can be removed for cleaning purposes. Offering fast heat up and recovery times, the thermostatically controlled unit has a forced convection system installed in it. For users to get a clear view of the products, the holding cabinet is fitted with a transparent door that also eliminates the risk of heat loss which generally happens when users open the door to check on the products.
Metro C537-HLFC-U-GY comes with 14 pairs of universal wire slides that are made of 1/4″ dia. nickel-chrome electroplated wire. The wire slides can be adjusted in increments of 1-1/2″. With its four 5″ donut neoprene wheels, it is easier for users to maneuver and transport the holding cabinet from one place to another. Two of the wheels have brakes on them for safe installation at a specific location. Durable and smartly designed, these nickel-plated wheels have double ball bearing swivel and a ball bearing axel which ensures comfortable movement without the need to push too much. This low voltage unit functions at 120V and generates power of 1440W.
