The Kratos 28W-153 full size insulated holding/proofing cabinet is an affordable and reliable solution for your busy commercial kitchen. Built with durability and convenience in mind, this cabinet features heavy-duty aluminum construction and straightforward, easy to use controls. Its insulated design provides superior heat retention and increases energy efficiency. The Kratos 28W-153 has a 36 full size sheet pan capacity, with 1.5″ spacing between pan slides. With both heated holding and proofing capabilities, this cabinet is a versatile and valuable addition to your operation. The bottom mounted control panel features adjustable dial controls for heating and humidity and a simple toggle to switch between heating and proofing modes. Included 5″ diameter casters offer easy mobility, making this unit ideal for food transport as well as holding.
This holding/proofing cabinet has a fully clear Lexan door, offering product visibility without having to open the door and reduce heat retention. The door is field reversible for added convenience. With 1440 Watts of power, this holding cabinet requires a 120V electrical connection and features a standard NEMA 5-15P plug and six foot cord.
