Designed for easy operation, the Kratos 29Y-010-LP features an adjustable thermostatic control with a temperature range from 200-400 degrees Fahrenheit. This floor fryer comes standard with two chrome plated mesh fryer baskets, featuring plastic coated hand grips for heat protection and safe use. Twin fryer baskets allow you to prepare different menu items simultaneously, providing increased efficiency and versatility. A convenient basket hanger allows excess oil to drain from freshly fried product. The liquid propane powered fryer features a rear 3/4″ gas connection.
