The hinged closable food covers keep food cold during off-peak hours. This model’s foam insulation and forced air cooling system create an outstanding environment for food storage.
The 69K-762 has three solid stainless steel doors with easy to grip, recessed handles. The pizza prep table has a removable 18″ wide cutting board which provides plenty of space for creating your pizza masterpiece. Temperature control is a snap with the solid state controls with digital temperature display. This unit holds 12 third-size pans (included).
Integrated condensate evaporator eliminates the need for a floor drain connection.
