The True TMC-49-SS Milk Cooler is a highly efficient commercial kitchen unit that is fitted with a factory-engineered, self-contained, capillary tube system. The system uses environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero (0) ozone depletion potential (ODP) and a global warming potential (GWP) of three (3). The refrigeration system can easily maintain cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 38°F. With its state-of-the-art electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors, the cooler moves a consistent volume of air inside the cabinet to ensure consistent cooling. The entire exterior has the sides, back, top made of durable and permanent non-peel or chip white vinyl. The interior has stainless steel walls, reinforced floor, and standard heavy-duty floor racks.
TMC-49-SS has foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane insulation with zero (0) ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero (0) global warming potential (GWP). Its welded, heavy-duty frame rail is black powder-coated for corrosion protection. Made of stainless steel, the self-service doors feature convenient drop front and Hold-Open flip-up top. They come standard with support bumpers and locks. Users can easily remove the one-piece magnetic door gaskets for cleaning purposes. To make cleaning and maintenance job easier, the unit allows users access to the condensing unit from behind the back, grill that slides out. The cooler can hold (12) 13″Lx13″Dx11-1/8″H milk crates.
Its frame rail is fitted with four (4) easy-roll 4″ casters with swivel plates that allow easy maneuverability in all directions. The front casters can be locked in place for sturdy and safe installation in a specific location. There is an exterior digital temperature display that notifies users on interior temperatures. To prevent corrosion potential, the evaporator is epoxy coated. A convenient clean out the drain with 1/2″ NPT-PVC drain plug is there to reduce manual labor in cleaning. Listed under NSF-7 for the storage and display of packaged and bottled products, the unit is safe to be used in commercial settings. The unit requires a 115V, 60Hz, single-phase, 15 amp electrical connection to function effectively.
