This high-quality, carbon steel pan is excellent for searing as its thickness is uniform throughout the pan and allows for long pre-heating at high temperatures. The flat iron handle is firmly affixed with stainless steel rivets. Thicknesses range from 3/32in (2.5 mm) to 1/8in (3mm). Not dishwasher-safe.
