Among the most advanced monitoring and controlling technology for kitchens, the INTELA TRAUL controls allow users to carry out HACCP temperature monitoring. These controls are also NAFEM Data Protocol compliant, delivering long-lasting effective results. Offering a storage space of 79.5 cu. ft., this freezer has two sections for storage.

RIF232HUT-FHS boasts a convenient roll-in design that allows it to accommodate 27″x29″x72″ pan racks. Allowing easy loading and unloading of pans and pots, the self-closing doors have a stay-open feature that allows it to be opened past the 120° angle. It has removable vinyl magnet door gaskets that are protected by the metal door liners, giving a tight and secure seal. A top-mounted 1 hp compressor uses the environmentally-friendly R-404A refrigerant, ensuring even and consistent cooling throughout the cabinet. The entire interior insulation is foamed-in-place to ensure optimum temperature preservation and maximum efficiency.
