Description
The True GDM-41-HC-LD is a two-section glass door merchandiser designed to showcase products effectively. It has features to reduce energy consumption and maintain proper temperatures.
The unit uses evaporator and condenser fan motors to optimize airflow, minimize heat production, and save energy. The condensing unit is located at the bottom, creating an additional shelf for product visibility. The refrigeration system employs R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
For efficiency, the condensing fan motor reverses for 20 seconds to clear debris from the coil. This self-cleaning feature helps maintain the right product temperatures and reduces energy usage. However, regular maintenance of the condensing coil is still essential.
The merchandiser has a durable white powder-coated exterior, a robust white aluminum interior liner, and an easy-to-clean stainless steel floor with a built-in drain. The foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation retains cold air. The double-pane, thermal-insulated glass doors provide visibility, and eight adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves cater to products of different heights.
