The True STA1H-1S Spec Series® reach-in heated holding cabinet is built to safely maintain cooked foods at serving temperatures in busy foodservice environments. It provides consistent holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F, making it ideal for baked and prepared foods without drying or overheating. The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior side walls and stainless steel floor and ceiling for durability and sanitation. Equipped with low-velocity circulation fans, manual humidity vent control, and a digital temperature display, this model ensures even heat distribution and reliable hot food holding while meeting NSF-4 standards for open food products.
