Description

The True T-23FG-HC~FGD01 reach-in freezer is designed to maintain a temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, controlled by a capillary tube system. The large evaporator and condenser fans ensure efficient and consistent cooling by circulating high volumes of cold air throughout the cabinet, with rear guards preventing obstruction to airflow. The automatic defrost system operates at scheduled intervals, enhancing the overall performance of the unit.
The condenser fan motor’s reversing feature, when combined with regular maintenance practices, contributes to extending the refrigeration system’s lifespan. The motor reverses for the first 20 seconds upon startup to remove excess debris, dirt, and dust from the condensing coil. A clean condensing coil is crucial for efficient and reliable system operation, reducing energy consumption and maintaining the desired storage temperatures.
The reach-in freezer includes three PVC-coated shelves that can be adjusted in 1/2-inch increments along the cabinet pilasters to accommodate various product sizes.
