With two locking drawers featuring stainless steel facings and exterior-mounted handles, this chef base offers secure storage. The one-piece stainless steel top, complete with a marine edge, enhances stability for supported equipment. Built to safely support up to 717 pounds, the unit rests on four 4-inch plate castors, two of which are lockable. The overall dimensions of the unit are 36 3/8 inches wide, 34 5/8 inches deep, and 25 1/2 inches high.
The refrigeration system within the True TRCB-36-HC~SPEC3 chef base is self-contained, situated on the side behind a protective grill for easy access and maintenance. Utilizing R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the system efficiently maintains an internal temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit’s drawers are crafted from stainless steel, and the cabinet features coved corners for quick and effective cleaning.
