Its temperature ranges from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, maintained by eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through a capillary tube system. The evaporator is epoxy-coated for corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity.
Efficient cold air distribution is facilitated by the evaporator fan motor and fan blades. To maintain peak efficiency, the automatic reverse condensing fan motor removes dust from the coil. Regular preventative maintenance is recommended for optimal performance.
The unit’s stainless steel exterior is durable, and the foam-insulated lid keeps the 12 sixth-size pans in the top cutout cool. A polyethylene cutting board provides ample prep space, and two PVC-coated shelves in the base offer additional storage. The door stays open past 90 degrees for easy loading and unloading of items.
