The True TSSU-48-12D-4-HC prep table is designed to effortlessly store ingredients for salads and sandwiches. The countertop cutout accommodates 12 sixth-size pans, and a stainless steel, foam-insulated lid covers the pans to preserve freshness when not in use. Additional pans can be conveniently stored in the drawers, with each drawer capable of holding one 12-inch-long by 18-inch-wide by 6-inch-deep food storage box (sold separately). The majority of the unit is constructed with stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, while the structure is reinforced by foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.
Facilitating sandwich and salad preparation, the unit includes a full-length polyethylene cutting board. The True TSSU-48-12D-4-HC utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in its capillary tube system, maintaining a consistent temperature range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Reliable airflow is achieved through the evaporator fan motor and large fan blades. For ease of access, the condensing unit slides out from the back for convenient cleaning and servicing. The condensing fan motor features a self-cleaning mechanism, reversing for 20 seconds each time the compressor starts to remove excess dust and debris from the condensing coil. While this feature enhances the unit’s lifespan and efficiency, regular maintenance is still recommended for optimal performance.
